Both are located in Los Serranos region.

Los Serranos region is situated inland in the province of Valencia, within the Valencian Community. It boasts countless places to visit and spend a few days with family or your couple, enjoying a peaceful and pristine natural environment.

With over two centuries of history, these cottages are a faithful representation of the area's traditional architecture and are located in historic neighborhoods, listed as BIC (Property of Cultural Interest). Both have been fully restored, striving to respect their original design, materials, and purest essence.

It is important to bear in mind that these are old houses, which, although they have all the comforts of the 21st century, have some peculiarities, such as stairs, low ceilings in some parts of the house, etc. (we are not a Parador Nacional, something to keep in mind for the most demanding guests), but at the same time they are part of that charm of the traditional village houses of our grandparents (as has been mentioned to us on several occasions).
